"WARNING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called up to the office to get some help. A grill named Adrian refused to help me. She didn’t even want to look up my policy for me or didn’t want to further assist me. The. I’ll call up there and Mike hangs up on me all rude and abruptly. That’s crazy hanging up on your customers while they’re still talking. I switched to another insurance provider. State Farm kept raising my rates. I started off paying $185 in 2020. Then my rate shot up to $315!!!! That’s even with me canceling certain coverages!! Shameful"

"I can’t appreciate your staff anymore than I do today! I called this morning and spoke to Mari about adding a vehicle to our policy that we got for our 16 year old daughter. She recommended we add the roadside service “just in case”. I really didn’t want to,but she mentioned it will be worth it in case of an emergency.
